Book a Conference RoomIt's easy following these steps!
Members: $15/hour (above allocation) | Non-Members: $25/hour (or $15/hr for 4+ hours)
- Log in to Proximity Space Member Portal by clicking HERE.
- On the top bar click Reservations.
- In the drop-down menu, choose Conference Rooms.
- Select the Book Now button at the top middle of the screen.
- Select a time slot in one of the two conference rooms (dark blue color means that time is already booked).
- Drag the ends of the dark grey selection box to adjust time.
- Once time is correct, click Book Now.
- Enter your name for Meeting Purpose.
- Select Complete Reservation.
- Voila! You’re booked!
- Go to the Proximity Space Member Portal by clicking HERE
- Click JOIN TODAY
- Click the Register Now button – this will register you as a Community Member (which is free and allows you to book conference room time)
- Fill in the boxes for First Name, Last Name, Email and Password
- Select the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions
- Click the Register button
- On the top bar click Reservations
- In the drop-down menu, select Conference Rooms
- Select the Book Now button at the top middle of the screen
- Click on the calendar icon and select the date you want to book
- Select a time slot in one of the two conference rooms (dark blue color means that time is already booked)
- Drag the ends of the dark grey selection box to adjust time
- Enter your name under Meeting Purpose
- Enter coupon code, if necessary
- Check and agree to C3’s Terms of Service
- Once everything is correct, click Add Payment Source
- Enter card information.
- Voila! Your request to book the conference room has been sent to C3’s community manager.
- Before your meeting time arrives, you will receive an email from the WorkLounge with WiFi login information for the time you’ve purchased.
